These terms govern access to the NanoPDF website, the current live browser-side tools and any early-access interactions related to the service.

1. Early-stage service

NanoPDF is currently presented in a launch-stage state. Features, pricing, availability and product scope may change.

2. Current product status

As of this launch state, Merge PDF and Split PDF are the live public workflows. Edit PDF, PDF to Word and Word to PDF pages describe future or staged workflows and should not be treated as already shipped features.

3. Payments and subscriptions

If you purchase Founding Pro through Stripe, billing, payment collection and subscription management are handled by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid plans renew on the interval shown in checkout until canceled through Stripe or by following the support path available to you.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the site in a lawful manner.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or reverse engineer the website or related systems.
• Do not use NanoPDF to support unlawful activity.

5. No promise of uninterrupted availability

We may modify, pause or remove parts of the site at any time, especially during launch and product iteration.

6. Content and communications

If you contact NanoPDF, you are responsible for the information you send. Please avoid sharing sensitive data unless necessary.

7. Intellectual property

The NanoPDF name, branding, site content and related materials remain the property of NanoPDF or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

8. Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Because NanoPDF is in an early stage, you should not rely on uninterrupted service or on any specific future feature being delivered.
