NanoPDF is in a launch-stage state. This page explains, in simple terms, how we handle information when you visit the site, try the live browser-side tools or contact us.
1. Information we receive
- Basic analytics data collected through Google Analytics, such as page views and general traffic information.
- Information you choose to send us directly, for example by email.
- Limited checkout or subscription information from Stripe when you purchase Founding Pro, such as payment status or customer contact details needed for support.
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve NanoPDF.
- To reply to inbound messages, support requests and early-access requests.
- To understand demand for current and future PDF workflows.
3. Uploaded files
The current live Merge PDF and Split PDF workflows process files locally in your browser. For those workflows, NanoPDF does not upload your files to its own servers as part of normal processing. If server-side file handling is introduced later, this policy may be updated to describe how those files are handled.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information through this site. We may rely on service providers that help us run the website, analytics or payments, subject to their own terms and technical role.
5. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the site, support buyers, review early-access demand and meet legal obligations.
6. Your choices
If you contact us and want your message or personal details deleted where reasonably possible, email hello@nanopdf.app.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as NanoPDF evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
